2. Description of Service

Ghostko is a social media automation platform that enables users to set up automatic replies to comments on Instagram and direct messages on TikTok based on keyword triggers. The Service monitors your connected social media accounts and sends pre-configured responses on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Social Media Account Connection

By connecting your Instagram or TikTok account to Ghostko, you authorize us to access your account data as necessary to provide the Service. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access and that your use of our Service complies with the terms of service of the respective social media platforms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Violate the terms of service of Instagram, TikTok, or any connected platform.
• Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Service.

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of all auto-reply messages you configure through Ghostko. We do not review or approve the content of your automated messages. You agree that your messages comply with all applicable laws and platform guidelines.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any missed messages or replies due to downtime, platform API changes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Ghostko and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghostko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ghostko operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
